You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You may not use NepStandard to: publish false, misleading, or defamatory content; harass or harm other users; scrape or harvest data without permission; distribute spam or unsolicited messages; or engage in any activity that violates Nepalese law.
Salary data and company information on NepStandard is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. NepStandard is not liable for decisions made based on platform data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
