Our Story

NepStandard was founded in 2023 by a group of engineers frustrated with the lack of reliable, deep information about Nepal's technology ecosystem. Salary data was anecdotal. Company profiles were marketing fluff. Engineering talent had nowhere to build a public professional presence.

We set out to build what we wished had existed when we were navigating our own careers — a platform that treats Nepal's tech talent and companies with the same analytical rigor that Bloomberg gives to finance or Crunchbase gives to startups.

Today, NepStandard profiles 420+ companies, publishes verified salary data, hosts 1,800+ professional profiles, and runs a community knowledge platform written by Nepal's own engineers.
